Ruby Tuesday is an offspring of Ultra Violet—our butterfly pea gin blended with ingredients of meadowsweet, cassia and lingonberry. From this base we infused organic local strawberries and vanilla, giving rise to a fresh, sweet gin. This spirit is utterly delightful sipped neat or coupled with champagne, or with your favourite mixer as you please.
