The grapes were picked early in the morning and left in contact with the skins for the whole fermentation. The wine matures in seasoned and selected oak for 12 months, before being blended and bottled.
Bright ruby colour with medium body & tannins. Fresh picked plums, cherries and a spicy hint of white pepper on the nose. Complex aromas of red bush berries, blueberries, confectionary, liquorice and cigar box palate.
