Fruit is machine picked at night to ensure cooler temperatures and retain fruit aromatics. The fruit is gently pressed to minimise phenolics and maximise fruit flavour and delicacy. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and remains on lees before it is stabilised pre-bottling.
Tasting notes: The palate is fruit driven and fresh. Creamy with a biscuity finish and a delicate bead.
Cellaring: This wine is drinking well now however it will evolve into a more tertiary and complex style in the bottle for up to five years.
